Infractions are like strikes,
for every 3 infractions you get, its a ban, with the length increasing per ban
they are visible on the profile of the user
they will occur for rule breaking
you may receive numerous ones for one offence though
and once you have one ban, the second time you only have 2 infractions, and one for the third, and the ban increases per time
